A slightly late wintery tail!

Now those of you oo follow me on twitter will know that I has been very busy recently chasing my tail and so this is why I has not been updating my blog as regularly as I should ave been so I send my sorrys for this! Anyway…

Slightly later than planned I ope you will enjoy this story from my skiing oliday which I went on recently.  I kept my nose firmly pressed to the window the entire time we was flying, as I was very excited and as this was my very first trip in an aeroplane I was not wanting to miss anyfing! I couldn’t believe ow tiny everyfing looked from all the way up there – It was like looking at a miniature village!

It was a bit of a journey from the airport to the apartments we was stayin in but we did ave some excitement when the minibus got stuck. I was very worried I would have to be pushing the bus up the big hill (specially as I had seen all the clothes Mrs Boss had packed) but the driver told me not to worry and attached these metail fings to the wheels and off we went.

As we arrived at the apartments very late in the evening I did not get to do some proper exploring until the next day, I couldn’t believe the views when I opened the curtains..

We did ave to be up early for to catch the bestest snow!

And the snow was almost one Dalton tall (yes that is imperial).

Look at ALL that snow!!! *excited tail waggs*but clearly one Dalton is not enough – as they had to make more snow!! Who’d ave thought one Dalton not enough? BOL

We did ave such fun on the oliday, although my attempts to make a snow dog failed – I was informed it was the wrong type of snow (who knew there was more than one type?!) However in the end I did not need to make a furiend as I came across a really furiend who worked in the local supermarket as chief chicken tester! I did ask if e wanted a paw for the week but e was not so keen on the ideal of sharing his noms wiv me. I did try n explain that I did ave lots of noms at ome which I would send im on my return but e said “no” or “non” as they say in France *sad ears*

” Bon jour, Je me apple Dalton” Look i bark french!!

I did keep all my exploring to the local village as I did not fancy the looks of the bars in the air which people were sitting on, feet swinging.

I fink I’ll keep all four paws safe on the ground!

Everyfing was going really well until the boss came limping off the slopes aving been taken out by anova skier (yes I too at first did wonder why e would be complaining if someone else ad bought lunch) there ad been a collision and so we ad to explore and find a pharmacist (it was kinda like a treasure unt).

Look at the view!! (This lift had a proper floor so was safe!)

The oliday ended wiv a very early start as it was a long trip to the airport. This I was not overly impressed wiv as I is not a morning dog, but fings did pick up when I was on the plane and they did and out these snack boxes! Although my mood was less impressed when I ad to wait for a photo to be taken before I could get some serious nomming underway!

They was amused – don’t take much!

But all in all wiv no breaks (although some bruises)  I can say this was a very successful first skiing oliday!
